Frank specializes in strategic marketing development involving a hybrid blend of new media technologies, Web 2.0 social networking, demographic information systems and mixed media development. Frank’s work with long-time Kellen client the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association, an international association of healthcare exhibitors and meeting planners has gained HCEA industry-wide notoriety with the release of two landmark market research reports. Frank also manages HCEA’s information systems program, including the world’s largest repository of healthcare meeting demographics data.

As a featured speaker on marketing and technology related topics and a nationally published writer in the fields of healthcare, corporate real estate and energy, Frank also was director of marketing communications for FMEA, a leading state energy association where he grew the membership program, mixed media publications and website to be the largest of their kind in the U.S.

Frank holds a master’s degree from Florida State University in interactive and new communication technologies. Frank’s research studies on Digital Divide phenomena have driven a professional and personal interest in how people interact with technology and information – a critical dynamic in today’s marketing theory.
